Lessons Learned - Contact Tracing

Early into the quarantine I completed the COVID-19 Contact Tracing Course from John Hopkins University.

As we adapt a range of new systems and priorities, including business continuity risks, real-time decision-making, workforce productivity and security risks - this course was a great opportunity to understand infectious contact timelines for public health intervention through contact tracing.

As leaders, we need to demonstrate the utility of case investigation, identify common barriers and possible strategies to overcome them.
